コーンマヨパン+ロールパン（3/19）

遅くなりました。
３/１９のランチです。

じつは１９日は、腰を痛めてしまい、スーパーで
かがんで、お弁当を持ちあげるのも難儀しました。
かがめないっていうのは情けないですね…。

電車でも手すりがある席じゃないと、
（立ち上がる時のことが）怖くて、座れない…。
でも、立っていても腰に来るし…。
本当に「腰は大事」ですね。

というわけで、ということもでないのですが、
ややお弁当に飽きたので、
本日はパンコーナーに。

そこで、

・「コーンマヨネーズパン」（９８円→７８円）
・「しっとりやわらかロールパン」（８８円→７０円）

の２つを買いました。

いずれも「２割引きのシール付き」だったので。
合わせてたったの１４８円！！　安い！！

でも、会社にまだ「食パン」の残りがあって、
それを食べたら、お腹がいっぱいに…。


ヨーグルトもまだ1つあったので、
それにジャムの残りを入れてみました。

ちょっとおしゃれな感じか（笑）。

で、次の日がお休みだったので、結局ロールパンは
家に持って帰って、次の日の朝食用にすることにしました(笑)。

小遣いが少ないのに家計を助けるなんて！
偉すぎるぞ、俺！（笑）（←自己満足）

そうそう。
野菜ジュースとジャムが終わってしまいました。
明後日買わないと、ですね。
忘れないようにしないと…。

ということで、今月のランチ代は
合計　３００９円（１２回分）。　
平均　２５０.７５円（↓）。

となりました。
