彩りおにぎり＋バナナ＋ヨーグルト（7/19）

本日も、いつものように出社前に
miniピアゴさんに。

常連です。
しかも、割引シール付いてるのしか買わない大常連です。ｗ

…まあ、その話はさておき。

この前デリドさんで買ったバナナがなかなかよかったなあ、
と思っていたら、
miniピアゴさんでもわりと大々的に売っていて、
しかも安い。

ってことで、

こんな感じに。

●バナナ（３本）　９８円
●彩りおむすびセット　１９８円→（半額で）９９円
●牧場の朝 ヨーグルト（３個入り）　９８円

合計　２９５円

さすが半額シールの威力です！
今回は、久しぶりに納得のいく安さです。
（じつはちょっと出社が遅れたおかげですｗ）

来週の分のヨーグルトも買えたし、
今日の買い物は満足度が高いです。

それから、やっぱりバナナはすごくいいです。
３本もあると、一度に食べられないくらい
お腹にたまりますね。
まあ、続けたら飽きそうですが…。


というわけで、今月のランチ代は
合計　４１８４円（１３回分）。
平均　３２１.８４円（↓）。

となりました。

徐々にですが、平均額が下がってきました。
