某社社食で豚丼（7/3） [食堂]
７月３日（水）は、
月曜日に引き続き、某社さん（関係会社）
の社員食堂へ。
前回はかなり贅沢をしてしまったので、
やや抑え気味な選択にしたつもりが…
●豚丼 ３５０円
●サラダバー １００円
で、やっぱり４５０円に。
せっかくだから…とうっかりサラダバーを付けて
しまったので、結局４５０円になってしまったけど、
普段不足しがちなので、野菜はちゃんと摂りたいところ。
なので、よしとします。
あと、丼物でもみそ汁が付くので、
なかなかお得です。
味もなかなか悪くなかったです。
ということで、今月のランチ代は
合計 １１５０円（３回分）。
平均 ３８３.３３円（↑）。
となりました。
ちょっと今月は高めの出だしに。

こんにちは！ 毎日暑いですね(ーー;) 社食利用でグレードアップのランチが続いてますね！ 前回の社食のサラダの上のブドウ？も気になります(^_^;) 私はこの頃 ちょっと恥ずかしいが 会社で冷奴食べてます(>_<) ＭＹおにぎりと 冷奴と何か１品！ 結構ボリュームあり。みんなの目は少し気になりますが 欲しいものがあるので 我慢です、 節約です。

今日も暑かったですね！ 実家のお墓の掃除に行ったのですが、３５度くらいありそうな感じでした。
某社さんのサラダバーは、１品だけフルーツが置かれていることが多くて、フルーツ好きの自分は必ず取るのですが、ドレッシングがかからないようにするには細心の注意が必要です（笑）。ただ、社食なので、野菜の種類が半分くらいになってる時もあって、当たりハズレが激しいです。冷や奴は、ビールが飲みたくなってしまいそうです。w
