６日、水曜日は、
いつものスーパーっぽいドラッグストア
（アーバンさん）にて、安いお弁当狙い。

久しぶりにカツ丼が食べたくなったんで。



レンジでチンしたので、おいしかったですが、
やっぱり、ちょっと米の量がやや物足りない…。

でも、まあ歳なんで、そんなにお米（炭水化物ばかり）
食べちゃいけないよな、ってことで、
よしとしております。

298円弁当にすると、必然的に「腹八分目で済む」んで、
ちょうどいいのかも。

300円ランチ＝「節約&健康」ランチ、
と言えなくもないかも…です。
ちょっと品目数的に無理があるか…。

はい。
ということで、今月のランチ代は、
合計　８６８円（３回分）。
平均　２８９.３３円（↓）。

となりました。

２００円台突入です！ｗ

Many thanks for all your help. We had looked at lots & lots of cottages on-line but glad we picked this one. Weather reasonable to windy, and didn’t see any sea-eagles, but no complaints. Will highly recommend Burnside Cottage.

So, I’m a fat girl. I joined my gym in September because I was tired of being a fat girl. I go twice a day 6 days a week. So far I’m only doing yoga (which I love!), cardio dance-style classes and swimming. I’m a little leery of the machines and I’m afraid if I didn’t do the classes, I wouldn’t go at all. Seeing the same smiling faces every day helps me to want to go to the gym, ya know? Anyway, my pet peeve recently is the instructors. Quite a few of them are upset that I stay in the back corner of class. You know what? I’m fat! No one needs to be watching all of me shake or bend in a variety of positions, not even me. I’m trying to save everyone some embarrassment here, and now they’re making me feel bad about it. I’ve overheard enough people saying things like, “Look, the fat girl can do it, so we should be able to do it too!” that I’m quite happy staying back in the corner of class and pretending I’m invisible. I show up every week for your class, just be happy that I’m not sitting at home on the couch, okay?
